Watch Care

Your Ariella Edit timepiece is covered by a two (2)-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, when bought through our official website or an authorised retailer.

During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any component found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

The battery, strap or bracelet (these are consumable components).

Plating, coating, or natural wear and tear over time.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, impact or exposure to extreme conditions.

Water damage to watches not specifically marked as water-resistant.

Damage resulting from repairs, adjustments or disassembly performed by unauthorised persons.

To qualify for service, you must provide proof of purchase showing the date, model and authorised point of sale.

If your watch requires warranty service, please contact our customer-care team before returning your item. We aim to process repairs or replacements within 14 working days of receipt.

This warranty is valid only for watches purchased within the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Plating / Coating

Each Ariella Edit timepiece is crafted using high-quality stainless steel with a durable PVD coating for enhanced colour depth and resistance.

While our coatings are designed to last, all plated finishes may naturally fade or develop subtle tone variations over time — this is considered a normal characteristic of the material.

To preserve your watch’s brilliance:

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics.

Remove the watch when applying creams, sunscreen, or hair products.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.

Store separately in its protective pouch to prevent abrasion.

Please note: Plating wear is not covered under warranty, as it is considered normal ageing of the surface finish.

3. Batteries

Your Ariella Edit watch uses a standard quartz battery with an average life of 12–24 months, depending on movement type.

If your watch stops or shows irregular movement, the battery may need replacement.

To avoid damage to delicate internal components, do not attempt to open the case yourself — battery changes must be carried out by a professional or authorised service centre.

4. Straps / Bracelets

Metal Bracelets:

Adjustments or link removals should be performed by a qualified jeweller or watch technician. Improper handling can damage the clasp or pins.

Leather Straps (if applicable):

Colour and texture variations are natural. Exposure to oils, heat, sunlight or moisture may cause slight darkening or softening over time. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes or cosmetics.

Straps and bracelets are considered consumable parts and are not covered under warranty.

5. Dials / Materials

Some Ariella Edit watches feature mother-of-pearl, mineral crystal or natural stone details.

Each dial is unique — natural variations in colour and pattern are intentional and should be embraced as part of its individuality.

Avoid impact or extreme temperature changes, which may damage delicate materials.

6. Water Resistance

All Ariella Edit watches are tested in accordance with international water-resistance standards.

Your watch’s rating (e.g. 3 ATM / 30 m / 5 ATM) is engraved on the case back.

Important usage guidelines:

“3 ATM / 30 m” = resistant to splashes and brief hand-washing; not suitable for swimming or showering.

“5 ATM / 50 m” = suitable for light swimming, but not diving or hot-water exposure.

Never operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet.

After contact with salt water, rinse gently with fresh water and dry completely.

Water resistance is not a permanent feature — gaskets and seals should be checked annually or whenever the case is opened for battery replacement.

7. Condensation

A sudden temperature change may occasionally cause light condensation under the crystal.

This usually disappears within a few days as temperatures stabilise.

Do not attempt to dry or heat the watch yourself.

If condensation persists, contact an authorised service provider to check water-resistance seals.

8. Demagnetisation

Strong magnetic fields (from electronic devices, speakers or handbags with magnetic clasps) can temporarily affect quartz movement accuracy.

Avoid prolonged exposure and store your watch away from magnetic sources when not in use.

9. Care Instructions

To maintain your watch’s beauty and precision:

Keep it clean and dry after wear.

Avoid extreme temperatures or sudden shocks.

Store in its original box or pouch.

Use a soft, lint-free cloth for regular cleaning.

Do not spray perfume or alcohol directly onto the watch.

10. Setting the Time

1. Gently pull the crown out to the time-setting position (second click).

2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the time.

3. Push the crown fully back to resume normal operation.

For models with additional functions (date, chronograph, dual time), refer to the specific instructions included with your model.

11. Disposal / Recycling

This product should not be disposed of with household waste.

Please follow local recycling and WEEE guidelines.

Batteries and electronic components must be handled responsibly at designated collection points.
