Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Other Jewelry Items: Items such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unused, and in their original, immaculate condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. A shipping fee of £3.95 will apply.

3. Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to which you should send your return.

4. Shipping Your Return: Securely package your item(s) with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team.

• Non-Returnable Items: As stated, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any item that has been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
